- Take a bowl and add flour, now add grated boiled potatoes
- Add peanut powder
- Next add black pepper powder, fennel seeds, white sesame seeds, sugar, green chilli and coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice
- Next add curd as per needed to make a dough. Don’t add a lot of curd or else it will get soft.
- Make into small round shape
- Meanwhile take a pan and heat the oil
- Once the oil is heated in slow medium heat Fry the vadas until nicely golden brown
