- Prepare cornbread mix as directed on package and pour over the chili/cheese.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until cornbread is fully cooked.
I just made this along with the chili con carne. Everything came out wonderful, but I was thinking about the cornbread a bit…the few times. This Chili Cornbread from Delish.com is the best. Chili is best served with a side of cornbread. You usually dunk your square into the bowl anyways, so why not combine the two?
