  3. Now cover the batter and let it ferment in a warm place,for at least 6 hours or till it doubles in volume
  4. Now heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. Now add a tsp of butter and put a ladle of batter on pan and turn flame to slow.
  5. After about 2 minutes flip the dosa. Now dosa is ready. Apply butter on dosa and consume it hot.
