- Wash the chicken and pat dry. Mix together ginger garlic paste, green chilli,coriander and mint leaves paste, curds,cream,garam masala powder, black pepper powder, corn flour, kasori methi and salt. Keep it for 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator
- Soak the wooden skewers in water for half an hour. Skewer the chicken in the wooden skewers
- In a pan using oil fry the Tikka. Cook till golden brown.
