The ingredients needed to make Peanut and makhane ladoo:
  1. Prepare 1/2 cup makhane
  2. Take 1/2 cup peanuts
  3. Take 1/2 cup jaggery
  4. Take 1 teaspoon ghee
  5. Prepare 1 handful raisins
  6. Prepare 6-7 sliced almonds

As the name suggests, Peanut Ladoo is made with Peanut/ Shengdana as the main ingredient followed by. jaggery for the sweetness. Amazingly easy to make, this delicious Shengdana Ladoo is very healthy as it is loaded with protein. Oil in the peanut and moisture in the jaggery is good enough to bind these easy peanut laddu. Being refined sugar-free these peanut ladoo with jaggery are very healthy and nutritious.

Steps to make Peanut and makhane ladoo:
  1. Take a kadhai, heat well, then add makhane and dry roast for 5 to 6 minutes on low to medium heat.It would turn crunchy.
  2. Same way dry roast peanuts for 8 to 10 minutes on low heat. It would change the colour and turn crunchy.
  3. As it little cools down.After 5 to 7 minutes grind both coarsely into mixer jar.
  4. Now in the same kadhai heat it and add ghee and jaggery on low heat. Continuously stir as jaggery.The jaggery starts melting. As the jaggery is about to melt completely add grinded peanuts and makhane,cardamom powder,raisins,almonds and switch off the heat. Mix it well and stir it continuously.
  5. Once mixed well remove kadhai from the gas stove and carefully start making ladoo using both the hands.Also grease hands with little ghee and make.
  6. This ladoo is tasty and healthy. Can stay for longer period. Store it in an airtight container.

Peanut Ladoo is made with peanuts and jaggery as main ingredients. It is very easy to make, tastes delicious and healthy too. This can be packed for kids snackbox too. Kids will love it as its soft and has a melt in the mouth texture. Grind them into a thick powder in a mixer.
