  1. Firstly, take bhindi. wash and pat dry before slicing.slice into thick strips. Add chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt as a taste and chaat masala.
  2. Mix well making sure spices are well coated.now add lemon juice and sesame seeds, 2 tsp oil, and salt as a taste. mix well
  3. Marinate for 10 minutes making sure the flavours are absorbed. - Then add rice flour.mix well coating the flour uniformly.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil spreading uniformly.stir occasionally and fry on medium flame.fry until the bhindi turns crisp and golden.
  5. Drain off over kitchen paper to remove excess oil.finally, enjoy kurkuri bhindi with coriander leaves as an evening snack.
