  1. For green puree:- Wash all the greens then blanch the palak.
  2. Add blanched palak, coriander leaves, mint leaves in a blender and make smooth paste.
  3. For dough:- In a large bowl mix flour, salt, oil and mix well. Add green puree 1cup and mix well. Add water as required to make a smooth dough. Knead well for 3-4 minutes.
  4. For stuffing:- Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  5. For paratha:- Divide the dough into equal parts and make small balls with the help of your palm.
  6. Roll them out as you do for normal roti.
  7. Now take a sharp knife and make cut as shown in the pic. Place 1 tbsp stuffing in the centre of the rolled out roti.
  8. Now alternately start wrapping it the same way we do while making a hair braid but do it with a safe hand. Give fish shape.
  9. Take black pepper and place it just on the top of the paratha.
  10. Hot non stick pan/tawa and place fish shaped patatha on it.
  11. Drop some ghee/butter when it gets little brown spots on one side and do the same for both sides.
  12. Cook till they are crisp and get golden brown colour.
