Make dosas out of that batter on a non-stick pan. We suggest to add raw rice as it helps to make the dosa more crisp. Alternatively, if you want it to be more healthy you can either use only green gram or can replace raw rice with wheat rava. Instructions to make Green fusion Dosa:
- Finely grind sabut moong dal in grinder jar along with chopped ginger chillies.
- Mix pureed blanched spinach in dal mixture.
- Add 2 meduim tbsp rice powder in it.Mix well.Add salt to taste and zeera seeds.
- Keep aside for 1 hour to ferment properly.
- For filling,boil sweet corn,chop onions,both the peppers.
- Heat nonstick pan,add 2 tsp oil,add zeera splutter,add chopped onions.
- Saute onion till light golden brown,add both the peppers and saute.Saute nicely,cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.Add boiled corn cook for few minutes.Add pasta seasoning in it.Close gas.
- Add 1 Amul cheese slice,add big TSP of amul cheesy spread.
- Mix nicely as mixture is warm.
- Keep aside the filling.Heat a non-stick pan,add wood pressed coconut oil.Spread batter on pan.Cook on one side nicely,then cook slightly on other side.
- Add filling in between and fold from both sides.
- Cook nicely and serve hot with coconut chutney with green coriander.Serve with sweet and sour mint coriander homemade chutney.
