  7. Reduce the flame πŸ”₯ to low. Cover the pan and cook till bhindis get tender stirring occasionally.
  8. Once bhindi become tender, bring the flame again in high and fry for another 2-3 minutes to give it a crunchyness.
  9. Goes off the flame and your Masala bhindi is ready to serve. Enjoy it with parathas or chapatis 😊
