- Beech main stir bhi krty rahain. Jab channy soft/tender houn tu stove close krdain.channo ka jo boiled pani thora reh gya ho ussy rehny dain.dnt throw this water.hath sy masal kar check krain channy soft hongy.
- Room temperature py cool hony dain phir agar use krna ho tu use krain.apni use ky hissab sy boxes/ jars/ziplock main daal kar freeze krskty hain.channo ka bach huoa pani channo ky sath hi rehny dain iss sy dry nahi rehty aur texture bhi acha rehta hy.
- I dont use any soda or other thing to cook channy.Main sirf raat bhr soak kar ky subh low flame py cook krti houn & I dnt use cooker as well. App chahain tu cooker use krain.
