- Make ready to taste Salt
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
- Make ready 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
- Get Other ingredients:-
- Prepare Oil as required
- Get Sesame seeds as required
Instructions to make Corn Sandwich Dhokla:
- Mix all ingredients mentioned in ' for mixture' and keep aside.
- In a bowl take suji. Add curd and enough water. Mix well and make batter.
- Rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Then add little water if needed.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, asafoetida, crushed green chillies, ginger and crushed American corn kernels.
- Mix well.
- Prepare tadka of oil and mustard seeds. Add into batter.
- Add fruit salt, mix by rotating into one direction and pour into greased dhokla thali.
- Steam for 15-20 minutes in dhokla maker.
- Allow it to cool for sometime. Then demould it. (Don't cut into pieces. Keep whole)
- Prepare two dhokla thalis.(By this measurement, 2 thalis should be done).
- Now in a big plate put one whole piece of dhokla. Spread prepared mixture over it.
- Cover with other dhokla piece to make form of sandwich.
- Cut into round shape with round cutter or container.
- Heat nonstick tawa or griller pan.
- Apply some oil and sesame seeds. Roast each dhokla sandwich piece till golden on both sides.
- Enjoy hot with green chutney.
