Steps to make Vegetable Sizzler:
  1. Cut potatoes long strips put in a chilled water for 1/2hr. carrot in a long strips remove skin.cut edges of French beans and par boil all veggies.
  2. Now take a pan and splutter cumin and green chilli carrot chopped roast rice.
  3. Now take another pan put butter saute frenchbeans and carrot strips and green Mirchi add salt and pepper crushed. for 2-3mins. Add mayonese and ketchup mixture mix well.
  4. Now drain water from potatoes and take on a cotton cloth dry. Coat with corn flour and fry.French fries is ready.
  5. Merinate paneer cubes in curd besan kasuri methi red chilli powder salt ketchup and ginger chilli garlic paste butter.merinate mini. 1/2hr. And saute for 2 mins both sides. Coat with mayonese ketchup mixture.
  6. Roast capsicum on a flame remove skin. make hole in capsicum and tomato. Removeseeds and fill mixture of grated paneer.saute for 2-3mins. Paneer mixture :-grate paneer add chopped chilli pepper powder coriander chopped saute in butter.and fill in capsicum and tomato.
  7. Now put sizzler Tray on a flame. Arrenge cabbage patta rice potato chips stuff capsicum and tomato frenchbeans and carrot paneer cubes.and put butter with spoon below cabaage patta and sizzle.Hot and tasty vegetables sizzler is ready to serve. (U can add cheese or another veggies. like peas brocolli cauliflower)
