- Make ready 1 cup rice
- Take 1/2 cup corn
- Prepare 1/2 cup peas
- Get 1 tbsp Khade masala (Kali mirchi / black pepper , laung / clove, dalchini / cinnamon).
- Prepare to taste Salt

Steps to make Peas Corn Pulao:
- Soak rice for about 10- 15 minutes.
- Take some oil in cooker and put it to heat, when it heats up put in khade masala (Kali mirchi / black pepper, laung / clove, dalchini / cinnamon).
- Then fry the rice in oil until it is golden brown, then put in peas and corn in it along with salt and water (so much to get the rice cooked) and close the lid of cooker.
- Rise the flame so as to cook the rice. When the cooker whistles for 2 or 3 times, simmer the flame and then close the flames after 2- 3 minutes.
- When cooker opens, serve this pulao with raita. I have used curd in absence of raita with some dressing (Pudina powder, salt and cumin).
- Note: soaking the rice reduces the time to cook the rice.
