- Prepare butter
- Take green chilli,
- Take garlic chopped
- Get Ginger chopped

- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat, and cook and stir garlic, ginger, onion and turmeric until fragrant, and transparent about 2-5 minutes.
- Boil spinach for 2 minutes and immediately run under cold water to preserve it's green colour.
- Grind it in the mixer jar.
- Stir in the grinded spinach a little at a time, - Continue to add greens, and cook and stir until all have been added.
- Stir in the cumin, coriander, and salt. - Cover; reduce heat and simmer until greens are tender, about 10 minutes, adding water as needed to keep the greens moist. - Serve hot with a spoon of butter on top with Makki ki Roti or Wheat roti.
