- Take 1/2 cup oats

Instructions to make Spinach Oats:
- Add raw spinach, green chilli and water to blender and blend it to make spinach puree.
- Heat pan, add mustard seeds and dry roast them. Once seeds crackle add curry leaves and sauté for few seconds.
- Now add spinach puree into pan, followed by onion, oats and carrots.
- Let it boil once then add the remaining spices.
- Cook for 2-3 mins and turn off the flame.
- Add cucumber and tomato to oats, once cooked.(This is completely optional)
- Garnish with onion, carrots and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot.
