  3. Get 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  5. Take 1/4 cup dedicated coconut
  6. Get 1 tbsp aamchur powder or as per taste
  7. Prepare as per taste Salt
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp oil
Instructions to make Peanut Chilli Thecha (chutney):
  1. Heat oil in a pan add peanut and green chilli and roast them on low flame for 10 -15 minutes.
  2. At this stage add sesame seeds and jeera, mix well and roast for 2 minutes.
  3. Switch off the gas, immediately add Desiccated coconutand roast it.
  4. Let cool for 15 - 20 minute
  5. Now take a mixi jaar add roasted items, aamchur powder and salt and grind them coarsely.
  6. Serve as a side dish with roti-paratha or rice. It's too spicy.
