- First heat 1tsp. Oil and add green chilli garlic roast till brown marks add cumin seeds stir cont. Now add roasted peanuts saute 3-5min on slow flame.Let it cool.
- Now take a mixture in a mixie jar. Add salt. And churn. Now wash and chopped coriander spread on a paper when it dry add in a mixture of chilli garlic. And churn make dry crunchy texture. (Do not add water)
- Thecha is ready. Pour oil and serve as a chutney with roti khakhra or in meal. Tasty chutney is ready to serve.(Add lemon obt)
