  1. First wash and soak rice and lentils seprately in water for 3-4hours.. Drain the water and blend in a mixture blender till get a smooth consistency
  2. Mix rice paste and blend daal thoroughly,keep aside the mixture for 6-8 hours(acc.to weather)to ferment
  3. Boil n roughly mashed potatoes
  4. After 6-7 hours check the consistency of dosa batter it became fermented and fluffy,add powder sugar and salt and mix the batter, add a little quantity of water if needed to set the batter consistency,it should be semi pouring consistency
  5. Take a frying pan n heat one spoon of oil n splitter cumin nmustard in it then add chopped onion n saute fo' 2-3 minutes.. Add mashed potatoes along with spices n cook fo' 3-4 minutes by covering the lid..flame off
  6. Take a non stick pan, heat it and sprinkle few drops of water to set the temeprature of tawa,pour a ladle full of batter and spread it well,put one spoon of oil around the edges and over the dosa.. Let it to cook for few minutes at low to medium heat till get light golden brown colour and crispness.Dosa is leaving the edges, wrap it on tawa (if you are cooking masala dosa then spread 2 tsp of potato mixture then wrap)
  7. Your paper dosa,king style dosa and masala dosa wraps r done!!!
  8. Serve hot immediately with coconut chutney, green chutney or sambhar
