- Prepare Spinach Pumpkin soup

Instructions to make Veg Sichuan Parathas (Schezwan):
- Chop all vegetables and Keep all the ingredients ready as mentioned above.(1)To knead the dough for Parathas,take 2 Cups whole Wheat Flour in a mixing bowl.Add 2 tbsp oil and salt.Mix well Add water as needed to knead the dough for Parathas.cover the dough and give rest for 10 min.Mean while let us make the stuffing.(2) To make stuffing,take a pan,add Chopped garlic, Chopped carrot,chopped Onion,chopped cabbage and add salt.Saute on Medium flame to Dry up all moisture.
- When moisture dries up, add chopped capsicum,Black pepper powder,tomato ketchup.Mix well and Cook for 2-3 min.Add red chilli flakes Mix and Cook.
- Tha mixture is dried and cooked.
- Mix this mixture with Boiled,mashed potatoes.Add salt accordingly and mix.Stuffing is ready for parathas.
- Knead the dough once again.Take 1 tbsp portion of dough and make balls.Take 1 ball, coat with Dry Flour,and roll into chapati.Simillarly make another chapati.Now take 2 tbsp stuffing,put on the rolled chapati.Place another chapati over it to make two layered parathas.Seal on all sides and roll it again.Roast on hot tawa with Ghee or Butter.Serve hot with spinach Pumpkin soup and tomato ketchup
