- Add chopped bottle gourd soaked chana dal and mix well.
- Add Haldi powder and mix well.
- Cover with lid on slow flame.When.
- After 5 minutes add little water to make a thick gravy.
- Add dill leaves and mix it.Also add ginger chopped.
- Close the lid of the cooker till 3-4 whistles.Off the flame.
- Open the lid and let the subji simmer for few minutes.
- Add salt to taste and little lemon juice.
- Transfer the subji in a serving bowl.
- Serve Piping hot with Roti
