  1. Rinse palm fruit well,put in a pot and boil for 20mins till soft.put in a mortar and pound to get extract,pour water into,it to get oil,sieve.
  2. Pour extract into a pot add tin tomato puree,cook,till thick.In a separate pot,boil beef,stock fish,Dry fish and ponmo with seasoning,when done,add to palm fruit mixture,stir,taste to adjust,add other ingredients,basil last,stir,boil for 1min,enjoy…
