  1. First wash then soak chana daal in water
  2. Blend all the ingredients along with curd and salt
  3. Take a frying pan.. Heat oil.. Put mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chilli
  4. Transfer the coconut sauce in a bowl.. Pour tadka over it
  5. Coconut sauce is ready
  6. Serve with sambher idly, vada or sambher dosa
