The ingredients needed to make Sabudana Vada:
- Take 1 cuP Tapioca pearls
- Take 3 boiled potatoes
- Take 1 cup Roasted peanuts(coarsely ground)
- Make ready 1 "Ginger(Grated)
- Get 1 Green chilly
- Make ready leaves Coriander
- Take Oil for frying
- Take Salt
- Prepare Garam masala
- Prepare Black pepper power
- Get Coriander powder
- Make ready Dry mango powder
Steps to make Sabudana Vada:
- Wash n soak sahi seeds for 4-5 hours.
- After 5 hours drain the excess water.sago seeds will be puffed up by then.
- In a bowl, add sago seeds, peanuts,mashed potatoes,coriander leaves, Ginger,green chilly and all the dry masala.
- Mix it well to form a dough.
- Take a lemon size ball out of this dough. Roll it in a circle n then slightly flatten it to shape it like cutlet.
- Like this, prepare all the vadas.
- Now heat oil in a pan for frying.
- When the oil is hot enough fry these vadas from both sides.
- Strain it on a tissue paper.
- Serve it with green chutney.
- You can even shallow fry it if you are health freak!
