  4. Heat oil in a kadhai. Fry all prepared gulab jamun on medium heat. Fry till golden brown in colour and remove from oil.now add this in prepared sugar syrup. Cover and keep aside for 1 hour.
  5. After one hour remove from sugar syrup and cover all gulab jamun with desiccated coconut one by one. After covering with desiccated coconut keep it in a plate and serve.
