- Heat 1tsp oil in large kadai over medium heat
- Add green chilles garlic paste cook for a while
- Add chopped onions and tometoes fry for 2 mints and cook till tomato become pulpy.
- Keep aside after cool make smooth paste
- Now heat another pan put oil aad cumin seeds,when cumin starts to papaya up reduce the heat medium
- Add all chopped veggies one by one cook everything till 50%cooked.
- Add kashmiri red chilli powder,garam masala and coriander powder
- Add 3 /4 tsp of water with ground masala paste of onion and tometoes
- Cook for 10 mints while stirring occasionally.
- Veggies are cooked through add cream and mix well
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot with parathas and Nan.
