  23. Get 1/4 cup multigrain flour

  1. For dough mix jowar flour, multigrain flour, salt and oil in a bowl and knead a soft dough with water and make 6 equal balls.
  2. Mix soya sauce, chilli vinegar, Schezwan sauce, red garlic sauce green Chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and cornflour mixed with water in a bowl and keep aside. Heat a pan add olive oil and add ginger, garlic, chilli and coriander stems and saute for a while on high flame, now add one by one all sliced vegetables, paneer and prepared sauces mixture and saute till it thickens.
  3. Now take 2, balls and make 2- Small poori, apply oil on one poori sprinkle little flour on it and spread properly place 2nd poori on it and again roll it in oval shape and press outer line with fork cook it both sides applying ghee on slow flame till crispy.
