  4. Now put a pan on flame..and pour desi ghee in it…now make small balls from the dough.. With soft hands..insure it that there are no cracks in the balls…fry these balls on medium flame.. With continuous stirring of ghee…fry these balls till golden brown..
  5. Now add these balls in warm sugar syrup… After two hours your gulab jamuns are ready to serve
