- Grate aaloo and cheese. In a chopper chop onion, coriander and green chilliy. Add it to grated potato, add salt and pepper along with thousand island dressing and schezwan sauce. Mix well and keep masala ready..
- Apply butter on slice of bread and apply this tangy masala. Load it with grated cheese. Sprinkle chat masala and chilli flakes. On hot tava add butter add ghee and sprinkle sugar granules over.
- Lay stuffed sandwich over it. Spread ghee and sugar on top. Cover and cook on slow flame until it's caramalised on both sides and the cheese starts melting.
