- In a clean pot add g.oil once hot add ur sliced onions allow to fry a bit den add the tomatoes mix..and leave to fry..den add ur Maggie,salt,pepper,garlic ginger and orda spices and a little water allow to boil den add ur boiled fish and mix den leave to boil a bit
- Once bean is soft take off d pressure pot from fire.drain d beans and add to the rice and leave to boil with d rice and for d water to dry
- Once stew is ready take off fire and serve with d rice and beans once the water in d rice is dried..
- Serve warm…
