- Take a preheated Dosa tawa, apply some oil, pour 3 big scoops of Dosa batter. Apply grated carrot on to it. After it's cooked on one side, flip it and cook for another 1 minute.
- Now the carrot Dosa is ready to serve.
A soft, pancake like dosa made with rice flour and grated carrots, the Carrot Dosa is ideal for breakfast or as a snack any time you feel hungry as it can be prepared within minutes without much to do. The addition of grated coconut provides an energy boost and also lends softness to these pancakes. By this time, the bottom portion of dosa would have cooked. For variations cover and cook the dosa without flipping it. Add little more oil if needed.
