  3. Take the dough and divide equally. Take a portion and roll out into a circle of 7 inches diameter. Prick with a fork all over. Add the stuffing in middle and top with grated cheese. Rise the corners from outside so as to resemble a bowl shape with overlapping corners. Brush the outside with butter or oil. Bake in convection mode for 5 to 10 minutes or until the outside turns golden brown. You can also grill for a few minutes for making it more crispy.
  4. Remove and keep in a plate. Top with some paneer and serve with sauce or any dip.
