- Prepare 1 tbsp cream
- Prepare 1/2 tsp sugar
Steps to make Kadai Paneer:
- Take a nonstick pan add oil. Put chop onion saute it take it out.
- Do same with capsicum.
- Now sprinkle salt and red chilli powder on paneer put it for 10 minute.
- Now saute this paneer.
- Take other pan add some oil add chopped onion saute it
- Now add all ingredients,saute it. Off the flame. Cool it.
- After cool paste it with mixer grinder.
- Now take a pan add ghee add methi in it. Saute it for a minute… add grinded paste in it. Saute it.
- Add spices in it. Than curd and cream.
- Mix well now add sauted capsicum and onion in it.
- Now add paneer also.
- Add some paneer crumbled with hand.
- Add curd and cream
- Cook it for 5 minute.
- Kadai paneer is ready to eat
