Whisk milk and yoghurt together and add this mixture to the flour mixture and make a batter. Water can be added according to the requirement. The batter should be of thick pouring consistency so that vadas can be made easily.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium to high heat and make vada straight into the oil. Fry them until golden in colour. Prepare all mysore bonda in the same way.
- Serve hot mysore bonda with tomato or coconut chutney. It can be even served with sambhar and chutney.
