- Get 1 cup sugar

- Make ready 8 slices bread
- Prepare 2 tbsp milk powder
- Make ready 4 tbsp warm milk

Instructions to make Bread Gulab Jamun:
- Add sugar in a wide pan,then add water to it and bring to boiling point.
- Stir till it turns to one string consistency and add cardamom powder.
- Finally add lemon juice to stop crystallization process.
- Cover and keep it aside.
- Blend the bread slices into fine powder like bread crumbs.
- Add milk powder and crumble together.
- Now slowly add warm milk and knead to a soft dough
- Grease hands with ghee and make small balls.(without cracks)
- Heat ghee on medium flame, fry the jamun.
- Roll the jamun and fry in low flame,till it turns to golden brown.
- Drop the fried jamun into sugar syrup.
- Cover with the lid and rest for 2hours.
- Finally jamun turns to double the size.
