Steps to make Kadai paneer:
  1. Cut paneer into 1|/2 inch and fry for 2 min,and same onion and capsicum fry for 2 min in same pan, keep it aside
  2. Now heat the pan,add litl bit of butter and add all gravy,s ingredients like chopped onion, tomato,garlic and ginger,add litl bit of salt and saute for 5 to 6 min now add little bit of water and cook it for 2 min,let it cool after dat grind it smoothly in mixer,
  3. Take a another pan,heat it in middeum flame, pour oil and butter in it,now add tadka like cumin, 2 red chilli, coriander seeds, and saute for 1n min now add haldi and kashmiri chilli powder and again saute, now add ur gravy mixture, and fry it well until oil look separate,and ow add ur dry ingredients like, coriander,garam masala, kadahi masala, and salt as well,add bit of water and cook for 4 to 5 min
  4. Now add ur fry vegetable like capsicum and onion and cook for 3 to4 min now add fresh cream in it and cook for 2 min, now add fried paneer and kasturi methi and saute for 2 min now add little water and cook it for 5 to 7 min cover it till oil separate from sabji, now ur kadahi paneer is rdy to eat
