  1. First take a pan add water and boil it.when water comes boil add salt and turn the flame low add suji little by little and mix very well and make like a dough.when it leaves from the bottom of the pan then turn of the flame and transfer into a plate.and leave for 3-4 minutes to cool down.
  2. Take boiled potatoes grated it then add into suji mixture and add all the above spices.then mix well and knead lightly to make a soft dough.
  3. Take lemon size portion from the dough and make tikki.heat a pan and shallow fry all the tikkies from both side.serve hot with sauce or green chutni
