Now thoda sa hing add kariye and steamer pe pani grm hone ko rakh djye fir dhokla plate me thoda sa refined oil lagaiye or eno sprinkle kar dijiye usme and now mixture me eno add kariye ½tbsp baking soda add karne ki jrurt ni hai kyuki hmne buttermilk add kia hai to ye ache se frmnt hogya hai now eno dal kar ache se mix kar ke turant isko dhokla plates me trnsfr karke steamer me rkhkr dhak dijiye 15mnts ke lie low flame par pakne djye isko

Now for tempering frypan me oil garam kariye usme mustard seeds add kariye and curry patta ko chopped kar ke add kia hai hmne thn add 2tbsp sugar and mix kariye add 4-5green chillies half cut kie hue and water ko bhi add kardjiye now dhokla ko steamer sewill like it nikal kar uske upar ye tempering dal kar mint leaves ko cut kar ke garnish kariye or chutney ke sath serve kariye. 😊hope u will like it
