- Get 1 tsp Kasuri methi
Steps to make Kadai paneer:
- First dry roast all full seeds and roast when aroma came or light brown just change the colour cool it down and make a powder not very much fine.
- Now heat a pan add 2 tbs oil add roughly chopped onion after a minute add ginger garlic paste 1 tsp each saute all till golden brown add chopped tomatoes add salt and cook till soft and mushy till leaves the oil. Cool it in room temperature and make a fine paste.in a blender.
- Now take pan add oil and saute onion cubes for one minute and capsicum also for one minute add red chilli powder to give a nice colour. Add puree of onion tomato and give a good stir
- Add blender mix water little and cook for 3 minutes now add kadai masala powder of 2 tsp,pinch of turmeric powder, salt,keep on slow heat cook till leaves the oil.
- On another pan add one tsp of oil heat it and add paneer saute one minute from both sides by adding kadai paneer masala to give good colour to paneer add pinch of salt. Cook for two minutes gravy with cover the lid add fresh cream and mix well smooth texture will come add roasted kasuri methi crushed with ur hands and mix it garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy with nan,mint kulcha or tandoori roti. Balance dry masala u can use in other curries or chicken.
