  5. Heat oil in a deep pan,add rolled bhatura in hot oil and fry
  6. For chhole,take onion,garlic,ginger,cumin seeds,bay leaf,dalchini,green chilli in a mixer jar and make a fine paste
  7. Also make fine pury of tomatoes
  8. Heat oil in a pan add prepared onion paste in hot oil and saute to golden brown colour
  9. Now add tomato pury and mix well and cook
  10. Add salt,redchilli powder,turmeric powder,chhole masala,Coriander powder mix and cook till oil separates
  11. Add boiled chhole or chickpeas miX well
  12. Add tamarind paste mix and cook for 2min.
  13. Add little water close lid a the cook for another 2min.On low flame
  14. Switch off the flame and garnish chhole with Coriander with leaves
  15. Serve chhole with palak bhature along with onion and lemon enjoy
