Steps to make Kadai Paneer:
- Heat A Pan And Roast Whole Spices Till You Can Smell Their Aroma. Then Take Them Out In Some Other Utensil And Keep Them Aside And Let Them Cool.
- Then Again Heat The Pan And Add Butter And Fry The Paneer Till Golden Brown. Then Take It Aside. Then In The Same Pan Add Oil And Fry Onion And Capsicum. Then Keep Them Aside.
- Then Add Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Clove, thinly Sliced Onions, Chopped Tomatoes And Saute Them. Once Cooked Well, Take Them Out And Make A Paste After They Get Cool.
- Then In The Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil, Add The Ground Masala Powder, Add Water, Salt (According To Taste), 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala And Bring To A Boil.
- Add The Fried Paneer And Fried Onions And Capsicum Once The Above Gravy Thickens And Leaves Oil. Then Add Little Water And Let It Simmer For 10 - 15 mins.
- Finally Add Little Kasuri Methi And Add Fresh Cream. And Ready To Be Served With Bread.
