- First of all mix milk powder and coco powder together, very well. Keep it aside.

- Now in a pan add sugar and water, stir well so that sugar completely dissolves. Keep boiling, till the syrup reaches single string consistency.
- Test the syrup carefully, between your fingers it should form a thin single string.
- Now add milk powder coco mixture and mix well, keep stirring.
- In a few seconds mixture will become thick but still in flowing consistency. Add ghee,give a quick stir and switch off the flame.
- Transfer the mixture to ghee greased plate, Flatten with back of the spoon for smooth finish. Garnish with melon seeds and cashewnuts.
- Now quickly cut with knife and let it cool completely.
- Now keep cool burfi in air tight container & refrigerate.
- Yummy and delicious chocolate burfi is ready to relish.
