- Take a bowl add dahi,salt,jeera and kali mirch mix well dahi r smooth mix soaked boondi mix then raita r ready keep in fridge.
- Take a wok add oil,then oil r hot.
- Take a bhatura batter punch dough and make a ball then ball flat make a bhatura shape and fry for both sides.
- Serve hot chana,hot bhatura and cool 2 raita.
