- Make ready drop Yellowfood colour few
- Make ready 1 cup Brown onion
- Make ready 1 tbsp Kewra water
- Take 1/2 cup Oil
- Get 1/4 teaspoon Jayfal, jawatri elchi powder
- Get 1 bunch Podina
- Get Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
- Take 1 teaspoon Sugar
Steps to make Chicken Biryani:
- Heat oil fry onion light golden and remove, add ginger garlic paste and cook the 5 - 7 minute add chicken with salt,chilli powder, chilli flasks,haldi powder,corianderpowder,chopped tomatoes,garam masala,drie plum,green chilli powder,yogurt,mint,coriander leaves and cover and cook till meat tender and cook very well.
- Boiled rice with salt and whole spices till 3/4 done drain in a pan put a layer of rice then meat mixture, chopped coriander leaves and podina top with remaining boilled rice,spread 2tbsp oil or ghee on top,add kewra water, jayfal jawatri elchi powder mixed with colour,sugar put on dum for 15 minutes. now ready to chicken biryani.
