  1. Take Leftover rice
  2. Prepare Boiled peas
  3. Take French beans (boiled)
  4. Get Tomato (finely chopped)

  7. Get 1 tsp Jeera
  8. Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  9. Get 1 tsp Biryani masala
  10. Get Fried onions
Instructions to make Quick rice dish:
  1. Heat oil in a pan add jeera, green. Chillies, finely chopped tomatoes saute for few minutes. Add salt and saute.
  2. Then add peas, French beans and saute. More veggies can be added.
  3. Add red chilli powder and biryani masala. Cook for few minutes.
  4. Add 2 tbsp water to prevent from burning. Add left over rice and fried onions. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Serve rice with raita and salad.
