  1. First of all heat the karahi or pan properly, then add poha and dry roast it for 4 to 5 minutes on low heat.And keep aside.
  2. Now the karahi is already heated add oil 2 to 3 tablespoon, heat it.Then add peanut and saute it till brown in colour and keep aside. Same way saute dry coconut till brown and keep aside.Saute cashewnuts and raisins together and keep aside.
  3. Now add mustard seeds, let it crackle then add peanut, dry coconut, roasted chana, cashewnuts,raisins,green chillies,curry leaves, salt,turmeric, red chilli powder,sugar, amchur powder, poha and mix nicely then switch off the heat. To be cooked on medium heat. It's ready to serve.
  4. Let it cool down completely and put it in a container. It can be stored in airtight container for 1 to 2 months.
