  16. Prepare 1 cup crushed groundnuts
  17. Take Masala: red chilli haldi dhana jeera powder garam masala hing
  18. Take 2 tsp Sugar
  19. Take 2-3 cups grated coconut
  20. Make ready Lemon juice
  21. Prepare oil and salt
  22. Make ready Ajwain and jeera for tadka
  23. Get Muthiya (Readymade)
Steps to make Undhiyo:
  1. In a bowl take all masala mix ingredients and mix well Check the salt and Keep aside
  2. Chop all the veggies in cubes and deep fry them (don't overcook) for 1 mum to each
  3. Surti papdi and all papdi dhanya to be soaked in water with soda powder half and hour before then wash and pressure Cook them with little oil and 1cup water for 1-2 whisles. Keep aside let it rest
  4. In a pressure cooker add more oil and give tadka of jeera and Ajwain. Now give 2-3 repeat layers of steamed papdi then masala and muthiya then veggies then masala and muthiya.and same again. Masala should spread evenly so that can mix well. Add oil and 1 cup water on top. Cover
  5. Place the cooker on slow flame and let it cook for half and hour.let it rest when cooled completely open and serve with chopped coriander.
