- Mix all ingredients and make lil thick batter. Mostly half cup of water needed.
- Give rest for 10 mins.
- Take a steamer and put 2 cups water and boil the water.cover the lid.
- Take a plate and grease with oil.
- Now add half lemon and fruit salt in batter. Mix it well now.
- Now spread batter on plate. Sprinkle red chilli powder on it.
- Now steam it 15 to 20 mins.
- Now apply oil with brush. Cut it with knife.
- Now serve hot. It can serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
