Instructions to make Aloo tikki chaat:
  1. Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 3 boiled and grated potato.
  2. Add 1 chilli, turmeric and chilli powder.
  3. Grease hand with oil and prepare ball-sized tikki.
  4. Shallow fry in hot oil. you can alternatively roast or deep fry.
  5. Roast on low flame until it turns golden brown.flip over and cook on both sides.
  6. Place the prepare tikki in a plate
  7. Top with 2 tbsp curd also spread 1 tbsp green chutney, 1 tbsp tamarind chutney, pinch of chilli powder and salt.
  8. Garnish with pomegranate, pinch of cumin and chaat masala.
  9. Finally aloo tikki chaat is ready to serve.
