Instructions to make Gulab Jamun:
  1. Take a plate add khoya and paneer mix well knead nicely.
  2. Add all purpose flour, rose water make a dough.
  3. Make small balls and then deep fry.
  4. Drain out and keep aside.
  5. Take a pan add water and sugar add cardamom powder, rose water, saffron strand cook till 2 strings form.
  6. Add the gulab jamuns into the sugar syrup for 1 hour.
  7. Serve.
