- Crush maggi noodles and roast them on low flame in a kadai. No need to add oil or butter. Remove from flame and let them cool.
- Take 1 Tsp butter or Oil in a saucepan add Onion, Tomato, Capsicum, Peas and saute on high flame for a minute. Add mashed potatoes,dry masala, ketchup and mix properly.
- Add roasted noodles and mix properly. Let it cool for some time.
- After the mixture cools a bit make round kebabs.
